About

I am a full stack developer from Bangalore with over 15 years of programming experience. In the last few years, I have worked with various early-stage startups. Before I have worked for Yahoo! and Zynga.

I love solving challenging problems and building stuff. I like neat interfaces. I am genuinely interested in user experience and frontend technologies but I can write server-side code as efficiently as client-side code. I can quickly prototype ideas and design products.

I love traveling, meeting people from different countries and cultures and listening to their stories. I have travelled across 4 continents and over 30 countries.

Few of the topics I like to read are – science, philosophy, world history and economic policies.

  1. Hi Saurabh,

Trust things are great at your end.

This is regarding a job opportunity with a product based company in the
US (I can not disclose the company at this point, I assure you that it is
one of the biggest brands in the Internet domain whose products we use on an everyday basis). Their Engg team generally is looking to hire from India for the first time and they are being cautious about it.

Basically we are looking for very smart and innovative programmers who can join their US office. There is no programming language barrier since they hire purely for talent and not for positions.

Please send your CV to [email protected] if you would be interested to explore this opportunity.

    Thanks & Regards,

  3. Hi Saurabh!
I have seen the Slot Machine implementation you have done with JavaScript and JQuery. I really love it and I’d like to do something similar but with 6 pictures instead of 3.
First of all I’d like to know if you mind that I use your code.
    Thanks in advance

    1. You can visit southern Norway (Oslo-Bergen route along with Flam). I’d recommend Tromso and Lofoten as well but you can decide according to your convenience. In Sweden, Stockholm is an absolute must. You can visit Malmo as well. In Denmark, I visited only Copenhagen. Communication shouldn’t be a problem since almost everyone speaks English there. In big cities you won’t have problem finding veg food, but can’t say the same for smaller towns.
